OATS OMLETTE

Ingredients 
Egg white   - 2 Nos                           Beans                        - 10g (finely chopped)
Cabbage     - 10g (finely chopped)    Onion                        - 10g (finely chopped)
Green Chilli - 1 No                           Bakers White Oats      - 2 tbsp
Salt              - To taste

Method
Mix Egg white, Bakers White Oats, Salt, Green Chilli or Pepper to taste and make the omelette. The procedure is the same as making an ordinary omlette.


OATS FRUIT SALAD

Ingredients 
Papaya            - 2 tbsp (diced)                         Apple                               - 2 tbsp(diced)
Pomegranate   - 2tbsp                                      Bakers White Oats            - 2tbsp
Green Grapes – 2tbsp                                      Salt & Pepper                    - to taste

Method
Mix the fruits and the Bakers White Oats. Add salt and pepper as required. 
Note: for Non-diabetic, instead of salt and pepper add honey.

OATS UPMA

Ingredients
Bakers White Oats-100 g                                                      Oil- as required
Onion                   - 20g (finely chopped)                              Salt- To taste
Green Chilli          -5g (finely chopped)

Method
Roast Bakers Oats in a frying pan and keep aside. Fry Onion and Green Chilli in oil. Add roasted oats to the sauted onion and mix well. Add salt to taste and serve.

OATS SNACK

Ingredients
Bakers White Oats               - 1 cup                        Curry leaves-as required
Roasted Bengal Gram Dhal   -15g                            Mustard-as required
Garlic                                  - 2 pods                      Oil--as required
Red Chilli                             - 5g

Method
Roast Bakers White Oats. Fry Mustard, Red Chilli, Curry leaves, Garlic in oil. Finally 
add roasted oats and mix well. Add salt to taste and serve.
