Oats Recipe 2

OATS VADA

Ingredients
Bakers White Oats- 50g                                   Ginger- 2g (sliced)                  
Bengal Gram Dhal-50g                                     Garlic – 2 pods
Onion-20g (finely chopped)                             Oil- to fry                                      
Green chilli-5g (finely chopped)


Method 
Soak the Dhal in water and grind to a paste. Add Bakers White Oats to the Vada batter and mix well. Add chopped onion, green chilli, salt, garlic, ginger to the mix and fry it in the oil.

OATS IDLI

Ingredients
Bakers White Oats-1/4 cup                    Idli batter- 3 cups
Salt- to taste


Method 
Add soaked Bakers White Oats to the idli batter and mix well. Next, steam it in the idli pan.

OATS WHEAT DOSA

Ingredients 
Wheat flour                     -120g                        Salt            - To taste
Bakers White Oats            -3 tbsp                     Oil              – as required


Method 

Make a batter with wheat flour and add Bakers White Oats, salt to the batter and make dosa.

Cool for 5 minutes and pour gently into the four small moulds previously prepared.  Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, unmould and serve.
