When preparing Poori you can add a little rice powder to the wheat mix to create more crispness.

If you do tempering after making the Masala powder into a paste it won't get burnt. When tempering with Masala powder it is better to keep the flame low.

When there is paucity of tomato, instead of tomato puree you can use tomato sauce or ketchup. Simple!

Placing it in the refrigerator will increase its shelf life.
